RAP 2019 Volunteers Needed Reminder

RAP is almost here! It is the biggest event for our club every year and we’re looking for awesome volunteers like yourself who make this the best show for reef hobbyists. From a backyard, to a parking lot and now the Anaheim Marriott, we continue to improve on prior shows, but we can only do this with your help.
We need as much help as you can give to make the transition to the new venue a smooth process for attendees and exhibitors.
Who: All SCMAS members past and present, your families and other hobbyist friends. We have always depended on the kind hearted volunteers to help the show and hobby grow
What: So, what will you be doing when you volunteer?
Have fun and interact with other hobbyists
Be a ticket taker – easy job right?
Help run a spectacular raffle for all attendees – see the prizes first!
Office work – yes it’s as boring as it sounds
Stuffing bags- get ready for Thanksgiving by helping us stuff giveaway bags prior to the show start
Direct attendees to where they want to go – just like a traffic cop or crossing guard
Point vendors to their booth at setup.
Man the coolest booth in the building (the SCMAS booth) to sell shirts and help fill next year’s show.

noon to 3 p.m.
